Payment and Shipping

Unless listed as a new, this item is pre-owned and cannot be considered new. We describe and photograph our items to represent them as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. Items that are purchased are boxed in our Michael Moses Jewelry boxes, original manufacturer boxes and papers are only included when described in the listing.

Watches, unless specified, to our knowledge have not been serviced. We never guarantee that any watches we list are waterproof. Brand new watches are water resistant to manufacturers specifications.

PAYMENT

Complete payment includes, handling charges, insurance, and sales tax where applicable. A sales tax will apply to all items shipped within California (Pursuant to CA Law).

If payment is not received within three (3) days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Ask about our financing options.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS within 5 business days of receiving complete payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping, handling and insurance is FREE to our USA customers. If you would like to arrange a local pick-up of your item please contact us to make arrangements. When picking up locally a Newport Beach, CA sales tax (pursuant to CA Law) will be added to the cost of the item. We do NOT ship internationally.

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date  for a full refund of the purchase price excluding return shipping and international shipping, handling merchant and credit card charges. You must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning an item otherwise it will not be accepted. It must be shipped, insured (for the total value of the purchased item(s)), and in its original state or refund will be void.

Any shipping damage or errors must be reported to us and the carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is very important to allow us to file any necessary claims with the carrier and no deviation will be accepted.

We do not refund return shipping charges. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us prior to shipping processing. We understand certain circumstance may arise please notify us immediately by phone or email if such a situation presents itself.

Note: Items cannot be canceled if they have already been processed for shipping, or store pickup.
