When we came in to order the rings, Michael himself took the time to personally spend about 45 minutes with us, even though we were getting inexpensive gold bands. I know he is a busy guy so that isn’t always possible, but he educated us on aspects of jewelry we hadn’t previously considered. I believe he used to teach gemology at the college level, and it shows. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be “sold to,” or anything like that.
