Returns & Exchanges

Unless listed as a new, every item is pre-owned and cannot be considered new. We describe and photograph our items to represent them as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. Items that are purchased are boxed in our Michael Moses Jewelry boxes or original manufacturer boxes and papers are only included when described in the listing.

Watches, unless specified, to our knowledge have not been serviced. We never guarantee that any watches we list are waterproof. Brand new watches are water resistant to manufacturers specifications.

Welcome to Michael Moses jewelers! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through our Shopify store.

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Eligibility

To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe items accurately, including details about condition, materials, and sizing. All items are sold as-is, and many are pre-owned or vintage. If you need more information, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to answer questions or provide additional photos upon request.
Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
PAYMENT

Complete payment includes, handling charges, insurance, and sales tax where applicable. A sales tax will apply to all items shipped within California (Pursuant to CA Law). If payment is not received within three (3) days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Ask about our financing options
SHIPPING

We ship via FedEx or USPS within 5 business days of receiving complete payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping, handling and insurance is FREE to our USA customers. If you would like to arrange a local pick-up of your item please contact us to make arrangements. When picking up locally a Newport Beach, CA sales tax (pursuant to CA Law) will be added to the cost of the item. We do NOT ship internationally.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any shipping damage or errors must be reported to us and the carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is very important to allow us to file any necessary claims with the carrier and no deviation will be accepted.

Note: Items cannot be canceled if they have already been processed for shipping, or store pickup.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances unless required by law. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item is being sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees. We are happy to assist you in making your purchase and we want you to be satisfied with your item(s).

All content on this site—including logos, images, and text—is the property of Michael Moses Jewelers and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Michael Moses Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or products purchased.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
