Shipping policy
We ship via FedEx or USPS within 5 business days of receiving complete payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping, handling and insurance is FREE to our USA customers. If you would like to arrange a local pick-up of your item please contact us to make arrangements. When picking up locally a Newport Beach, CA sales tax (pursuant to CA Law) will be added to the cost of the item. We do NOT ship internationally.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any shipping damage or errors must be reported to us and the carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is very important to allow us to file any necessary claims with the carrier and no deviation will be accepted.
Note: Items cannot be canceled if they have already been processed for shipping, or store pickup.
